Let me tell you some diet options which you can add in your routine to get your goal.
Egg whites. This is the cheapest food and contains approximately 6gram of protein. Its upto you how you want eat it, if you want you can boil it cook it the way you want it.
Chiken. Try to eat boiled or roasted that will be more beneficial your body. You can some spices and vegetables for make it taste better.
Fish. Now i prefer to eat boiled and i will suggest you boiled or roasted.
Grean leafy vegetables. Now you can cook them but try not to deep fry them because they loose valuable nutritions. And we don't need too much oil.
Pulses. Pulses are good source of protein
Tofu. Its great source of protein and almost no fat.
Fruits. Start loving variety of foods banana for carbs is essential as you body will need fuel for daily routine. And other fruits too like apple, mango, papaya, etc
These healthy vegetables and fruit should be part of your life. Start hating junk and deep fried food, say no to alchohol and sodas. Drink good amount of water.
Here are some exercise too which will give you great results with clean diet.
1.Running
2. Rope skipping
3 Pushups. This will hit your upper body and will target your core.
4 Squats. This is the king of all exercises and will burn calories and fat super fast and you will feel your heart pumping.
5. Lunges.
6. Leg raises. Now it won't be easy initially but once you get used to it you will see that bell fat is disappearing.
7. Planks. This exercise is fine exercise for belly fat. Try to be in this position for 30 seconds if you are begginer and slowly increase the duration.
8. Side Planks
Now their are end number of exercises are there which I can mention. But trust me if you perform these exercises with clean diet you will see results. And you don't need to go to gym for these exercises. But one important thing don't expect result in 3 or 4 days. You need to be consistent and patient with it.
And lots of people want to loose belly fat or want to loose fat. What after you loose that fat or when you achieve that goal don't get back to that unhealthy life style. Stay true to yourself and positive towards life and spread happiness.
